Clients not happy with the service provided to them by Asserson Law Offices (“Trader Protection”) should in the first instance direct their complaint to the paralegal, solicitor or other lawyer dealing with the relevant matter.
If this does not resolve the complaint, the client should refer the complaint to the partner responsible for dealing with complaints, which at the present time is Shimon Goldwater, by email to shimon.goldwater@asserson.co.uk.
If the complaint cannot be resolved by the partner responsible for dealing with complaints, the client should feel free to refer the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman (at www.legalombudsman.org.uk) and/or to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (at www.sra.org.uk).
